This happened a couple of months back in a match against one of the corporate teams.
Our opponents were 14 and we at 13. It was our serve and I knew that this one point would take the game to dues (game for 16). The serve was good, so good that the opponents did not get an opportunity to smash the ball. The ball then came to our court, the booster did a great job, that was one of the best boosts I saw… me at the spiking position… did my best to smash the ball. Smashed it well too!
But then, something happened. I felt pain in my leg as I landed down. In my pursuit to hit the ball hard, i tried to jump high and streched my legs to the best extent possible… The next thing I remember was opening my eyes lying in somethink like a van - Ambulance? No stupid, it was a bus… I was dreaming and in a pursuit to hit the ball hard, I tried to jump high, stretched my legs to the best extent possible and hit the seat in front of me - thus hurting myself!
