Thanks for such a nice utility made available for Indian languages.
I have 2 questions to ask.
    1) Is the code “open source”? If yes, from where can I download it?
    2) Is it possible to write a similar utility for Girgit?
    http://devanaagarii.net/hi/girgit/

The “Unicode Conversion Gateway” should not be limited to converting fonts to unicode. It can be used to convert scripts (i.e. languages) as well. So a person who understands Gujarati but can’t read Gujarati script can read the Gujarati (unicode) text in Devnagari. Girgit is a “Padma” like application that I am using to convert the scripts but I will like to convert it to PHP (server side), the way you have done it.
